Matthew Matt James is a North Carolina native born on 5 December 1991. Matthew Matt James is a mixed-race son of Manny James (of Jamaican descendance) as well as Patty James. His father is Nigerian as is his mother, who is caucasian American. In 2010, James graduated from Sanderson High School. Then James attended Wake Forest University in order to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Economics. James first gained popularity when he was a Reality star in The Bachelorette. James was selected in the year 2020 as the bachelor of the year on The Bachelor season 25, being the show's debut African American male star. The show premiered later in the year. James is a great fit to the job because He is attractive, well-rounded and tall and has a great sense of humorous. Rachael Krakconnell was the one he had chosen as his girlfriend to date through the remainder of the season. In 2021, he joined forces with famous dancer Arnold for the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars. James along with Arnold were ranked 12th.
